Test Order

  • Submission of a document requesting performing the test according to the test plan contained in the document (Documents).

Agreement

  • The agreement is being prepared and sent to the customer by e-mail for signing.
  • The customer should print the agreement in two copies (without introducing any changes) and sign both of them and then the copies of the agreement should be sent to CNBOP-PIB by post. Additionally to speed up the process it is possible to send the scan of signed agreement by e-mail (regardless of sending the copies of the agreement by post).
  • Advance payment for testing (40% of the agreement value)
  • Supplying the test samples with full documentation. The documents should bear date and signature.

Realisation

  • The Laboratory begins the testing after receiving advance payment, samples and documents. Time of testing depends on the type of product and scope of testing. The terms agreed in the contract may be achieved only if proper samples and complete requested documentation are supplied. This information can be found in Annex 2 to the agreement. Moreover, it is important to remember that the period of testing starts from the date of signing the agreement and advance payment, not from the date of submission of the test request.
  • If the result of the test is negative, the client shall inform the Laboratory about what next steps should it take (terminate the test in its current state, continue despite the negative result or to postpone the test for the client to modify the product).

Results

  • If the result of the test is positive, a test report is prepared in 3 counterparts.
  • Client is informed that the test is finished and the final invoice is sent.
  • Client pays the final invoice.
  • The test report is sent to the client by post or can be collected personally. Upon client’s request, one counterpart of the test report may be transmitted directly to CNBOP-PIB Certification Department.
  • Activities within the agreement are finished.
