National cooperation

Scientific and Research Centre for Fire Protection is a Scientific Institute of the State Fire Service, supervised by the Minister of Interior. The Institute has been a research, scientific and development facility of technical knowledge of the proper level of fire protection, crisis management civil protection and civic defence incessantly for the past 40 years. Many projects are performed in cooperation with other scientific centres, representatives of business world and suppliers of technological solutions – these are the interdisciplinary projects, the final effect of which, the results are used for organising goal-oriented and rational management of public safety and has very high practical relevance. Implementation of the results of works and transfer of technology does not benefit only National State Fire Service and Polish Voluntary Fire Department or Ministry of Interior, but also manufacturers and entrepreneurs.
