We would like to kindly inform you that new application forms for performing national assessment and verification of constancy of performance (AVCP) of construction products are available on our website. Before applying for national AVCP, please read carefully the information contained in application form. Please pay special attention to the information on the conditions of issuing the certificate. Applications delivered to CNBOP-PIB should be filled completely (all required information should be given in the application form) and signed by the President / Director of the Applicant and delivered in the original paper version. Applications submitted by e-mail (scan) / fax will not be registered.
