Information on the possibility of submitting an application for a National Technical Assessment and issuing a national certificate of constancy of performance of construction products on one form

We would like to kindly inform you that from 15 June 2020 it will be possible to submit an application for ”national assessment and verification of constancy of performance based on the National Technical Assessment”, which will initiate the process of obtaining both a National Technical Assessment and the national certificate of constancy of performance. The application No. DOT/KOT/1aEN is available at:

At the same time, we would like to point out that the application does not apply to processes where the reference document is a Polish Standard of the product.
