Client Relations Center major tasks are:

• providing information about activity of CNBOP-PIB which includes approval process (certification of admittance), product certification (domestic and European) and certifications of services
• receiving application and incoming post
• delivering documents include certifications of admittance and certification of conformity
• leading correspondence and meetings with clients
• leading the orders of client
